MASTER BUILDER WORD OF THE DAY

Today’s word, architekton is another rich, ancient word. You can probably guess that architect is its close relative but architekton has a very specific meaning. In fact, it takes translators two English words to understand this one Greek word. Those two words are “master” and “builder.” Paul uses this word to describe himself in 1 Corinthians 3:10 when he encourages us to build well upon the foundation that Christ has given us.
