As our team continues to study the theme of forgiveness, today’s word looks at the New Testament idea of liberty. Liberty is related to forgiveness through a common definition: aphesis. However, following liberty leads to an incredible bloom full of freemen, freewomen, remission, and deliverance. One of the most powerful and related words to liberty is exempt. Those who are forgiven are exempt from the law of sin and death.
