DREAM DAYS WORD OF THE DAY

The dream days of summer drag on for many students as boredom replaces the idea of freedom and long mornings of sleep seem a little less fun. If they only knew the what the Bible had to say about youth! There are the regular definitions like boyhood, child, and the like but according to God’s word, youth is the prime of life and vigor.

On an entirely different track, a Biblical word meaning gathering the crop is used as slang for youth. Unfortunately, it is only when the dream days of summer fade into adulthood that the once youthful realize how great it was to be able to gather the crop.
