ARAMAIC WORD OF THE DAY

The WordBloom Team was looking for what they thought was an obvious summer word, sunny, when they found it wasn’t so obvious in the Bible.  Shimsai, which is Aramiac for “sunny” is the only occurrence in the Bible. Shimshai was a scribe who worked for those that opposed God’s people in the book of Ezra. In fact, Shimsai and company stopped the rebuilding of God’s temple. Funny, that doesn’t sound too sunny.
