7^o WORD OF THE DAY

Today’s word, hadar, is a repeat of the 2^o of majestic – well, at least in name. The 2^o hadar was a verb strictly meaning swell up and, by application, to favor or honor.  Today’s hadar, the 7^o, is an adjective meaning magnificence, ornament, beauty, comeliness, excellency, and glorious. There is only one English word that doesn’t seem to fit with today’s hadar: array. But if you look up the verses, it just may be a great fit.
