Gain is used in good ways and bad ways in the Bible. Gain is done with integrity and without integrity in life. A man once said, “Take a man who doesn’t believe in God but get him to live by the book of Proverbs, and he will be a good man even though he will perish.” It’s true. Proverbs is a book of great wisdom and a book that speaks directly to business.
For example, take the idea of gain. Gain can be made with integrity. What does the Bible have to say about gain? It is important to the economy, condoned and encouraged.
