Some Internet Explorer 8 users with the Windows® Vista® Operating System have experienced difficulties loading the WordBloom Web site.

Internet Explorer on these systems had Protective Browsing enabled by default with standard IE security settings.

The solution is to add http://www.wordbloom.com and https://www.wordbloom.com to the Favorites Zone of the Internet Security Settings.

• Double Click the Protective Viewing link in the IE Status Bar (bottom right).
• Click the icon for Favorites Zone in the Internet Security Window that opens.
• Uncheck the box titled “Require Secure Websites for the Favorites Zone” at the bottom of the Security Window.
• Enter “http://www.wordbloom.com” in the website box and click Add.
• Enter “https://www.wordbloom.com” in the website box and click Add.
• Close the Security Window
• Restart Internet Explorer
